Joe grew up in Loon Lake, WA. He graduated from Deer Park High School where he wrestled and enjoyed all things outdoors. He attended Montana State University obtaining a B.S. in Exercise Science and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Joe spent an extensive amount of time in the MSU movement science lab performing VO2 max, body mass, fitness, and nutritional assessments on various collegiate athletes. He also has past experience as an adaptive ski and water aerobics instructor. When not at work he enjoys spending time outside hunting, fishing, skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, bouldering and anything else that he can cram into the weekend!
Joe is very passionate about improving his patients overall quality of life utilizing evidence based orthopedic practice, exercise prescription, current research and education. Empowering patients with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve their goals while becoming independent during their rehab journey!
