Strength and Power for Contact Sports
This class is intended to prepare high school athletes to perform at a high level in contact sports. Athletes will train utilizing various full body lifts, body weight exercises, sprints, jumps and throws. These exercises will aid in injury prevention as well as performance on the field. This class also emphasizes in mental focus and overall confidence for the athlete. Sign up for both Strength and Power and Speed and Agility and come 5 days a week!
Monday & Wednesday at 4:30, Friday at 3:30
Speed and Agility for Contact Sports
This class is designed to increase overall speed and agility. Athletes will learn proper sprint mechanics, and train the ability to stop and start quickly and efficiently. Injury prevention will be a point of emphasis, and will be addressed through technique and mobility drills. Sign up for both Strength and Power and Speed and Agility and come 5 days a week!
