Hoop Commitment


Sports performance training for boys. Improve your speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness to take your basketball game to the next level. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour.  Athletes will learn how to jump higher, cut quicker and finish stronger so they can be more effective on the court. 

Summer Session (June – August 23)

Grades 9th-12th: 1pm – 2pm Monday-Thursday
Grades 7th-8th: 2pm – 3pm Tuesday & Thursday
Grades 4th – 6th: 3pm – 4pm Tuesday & Thursday

Fall Session (August 26)

Grades 9th-12th: 3:30p – 4:30p Monday-Thursday
Grades 7th-9th: 4:30p – 5:30p Tuesday & Thursday
Grades 4th – 7th: 5:30p – 6:30p Tuesday & Thursday
