Improve your speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness to take your basketball game to the next level. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour. Athletes will learn how to jump higher, cut quicker and finish stronger so they can be more effective on the court.

Grades 9th-12th: 3:30p-4:30p
Grades 4th-7th: 4:30p-5:30p
