Improve your speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness to take your basketball game to the next level. Purchase memberships from 2x a week up to 4x a week. Classes are held Monday through Thursday so you can pick which days work best for your athlete.

Varsity Performance Training- (Grade 9-12)
3:30pm Monday through Thursday

Elite Performance Training- (Grade 7-9)
4:30pm Monday through Thursday

Young Guns Performance Training- (Grade 4-6)
5:30pm Monday through Thursday
