Pirate Speed & Agility
Come and take your speed and agility to the next level with former NFL athlete, Coach TJ Conley. Speed work will include position specific get offs, drive phase power and absolute speed mechanics. Change of direction will include all aspects of agility and footwork for all positions.
This is not a conditioning session. These sessions and techniques are designed to increase the power and speed of fast switch muscle fibers and increase the quickness of the nervous system.
