We specialize in clinical counseling for athletes, which is intended to treat emotional and mental health concerns. By addressing these issues with psychotherapy, we can help athletes increase their well-being, as well as reach their full potential as an individual. We utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and many other therapeutic models that may be advantageous for the individual we are working with. Peak Performance Training
