Classes & Camps
Whether you want to perfect your basketball skills, improve your golf game, or refine your speed and agility, our camps are sure to hone in on your athletic needs.
We work with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to maximize their athletic potential. Individual training at U-District PT will improve your speed, agility, vertical jump, core strength, balance, and personal confidence.
Bring the entire team in for training and get the same high quality of service that you would during one on one training. Team training provides an affordable training option for athletes while they work toward a common sports performance goal.
All of our Performance Trainers hold a minimum of a four year degree and are certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. This educated training staff prides itself on a commitment to continued education in order to bring the client the latest in sports performance training.
Our internship program is available for college and graduate students interested in sports performance training. We hold group interviews three times per year: Spring, summer and winter. Due to the high volume of requests, we recommend submitting your paperwork 2-3 months before your preferred interview date.
Fall/Winter Internship Interviews: September
Spring Internship Interviews: December
Summer Internship Interviews: April
