B.E.A.S.T.- Basketball Elite Academy Strength Training- Sports performance training for boys. Improve your speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness to take your basketball game to the next level. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour. Athletes will learn how to jump higher, cut quicker and finish stronger so they can be more effective on the court.
Boys High School Group One 4pm-5pm

Junior High 7th-8th Tuesday & Thursday 6pm – 7pm
