About

These training sessions will focus on improving change of direction (COD) performance in various sports by using a combination of implementing COD technique, resistance training, and open/closed COD drills. Athletes will gain the skills necessary to accelerate, decelerate, and accelerate again in multiple directions both efficiently and consistently.
