ONLINE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The Female Elite Online Sports Performance Training is designed to be done without the use of a gym, although if you have access to a gym then super extra bonus points! Workouts are self led with videos to demonstrate each exercise.
These programs are periodized using training blocks and written by Katie McCaffery.
These training programs are built on the foundation of workload, proper recovery, and variation which, in turn, produces adaptation over time. Each workout has components of speed, agility, jumping, strength, and injury reduction.
10 weeks, 4 workouts per week ($125)
4 weeks, 4 workouts per week ($50)
ONLINE ADULT FITNESS
6 weeks, 3 workouts per week ($55)
Designed for two or more people.
In some workouts you WILL BATTLE your workout partner in FIERCE COMPETITION.
In other workouts you will TEAM UP with your partner to accomplish the task.
4 weeks, 2 workouts per week ($65)
