Sports performance training for boys. Improve your speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness to take your basketball game to the next level. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour. Athletes will learn how to jump higher, cut quicker and finish stronger so they can be more effective on the court.
Summer Session (June-August)
High School 9th-12th Monday- Thursday 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Junior High 7th-8th Tuesday & Thursday 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Grade School 4th-6th Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm – 7:00pm
