About

Sports performance training for boys. Improve your speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness to take your basketball game to the next level. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays for 1 hour.  Athletes will learn how to jump higher, cut quicker and finish stronger so they can be more effective on the court. 

Spring Session Begins March 9th

High School 9th-12th Monday- Thursday 3:30pm –  4:30pm

High School 1x week ($80)
High School 2x week ($130)
High School 3x week ($195)
High School 4x week ($260)
High School Drop In ($20)

Junior High 7th-8th Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Junior High 1x week ($80)
Junior High 2x week ($130)
Junior High Drop In ($20)

Grade School 4th-6th Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Grade School 1x week ($80)
Grade School 2x week ($130)
