Ashlee graduated from Carroll College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from Gonzaga University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Certified Sports Psychology Coach, and is also certified in Mindfulness Based Therapies. Ashlee specializes in counseling for athletes who may be experiencing barriers to success on and off the playing field.
Ashlee played college volleyball for both Carroll College and Spokane Falls Community College. She has also been coaching volleyball at various levels, most recently as the Assistant Varsity Coach at Lewis and Clark High School.
Max earned a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Nationally Certified Counselor. Max has training and experience working with athletes, including their mental health concerns, struggles with performance, and implementing sports psychology skills and techniques. His theoretical orientation combines cognitive behavioral therapy with solution-focused therapy, ultimately taking a person-centered approach. Max is a Spokane native who grew up playing competitive football, basketball, NCAA D1 baseball, and now enjoys an active lifestyle. Prior to joining U-District, he worked in the Seattle Mariners Front Office for nearly a decade.
Brandon graduated from California Baptist University with his master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). He is a former collegiate dual-sport athlete and played professional basketball overseas. Brandon has experience as a basketball coach at the high school and NCAA D2 level, as a personal trainer, and as a health coach. As a mental performance coach, Brandon has helped athletes and teams reach their goals across a wide array of sports.
