Our office team is the glue that holds U-District together. Our front desk greets every client with a smile and are wizards at scheduling. Our back office handles all the claims and makes sure we can keep our doors open.
Meet the Office Team
Brooklyn was born and raised here in Spokane. She is a graduate of Washington State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and also double minored in Sociology and Human Development. Brooklyn is very outgoing, driven, and enjoys meeting all of the people who come through the U-District doors. She is also a self proclaimed Disney fanatic and has been to Disneyland more than 40 times.

Tina works in our billing department and has been a member of the U-District Team since 2013. She graduated from EWU with a bachelors in business. When Tina isn’t at U-District, you can find her soaking up the sun in California at the beach, at Disneyland or spending time with her family.

Cyndee has over 30 years of experience in medical billing. She was U-District’s first employee when we opened our doors in June of 2004. Cyndee is married and has a daughter Peyton. She claims she would visit Las Vegas every month if she could!

Mallorie received her Bachelors in Communications Studies at Sacramento State University under a full athletic scholarship. After playing basketball at the Division 1 level, Mallorie began coaching at Central Valley High School where they won the 4A State Championship in the 2019-2020 season. When not coaching, Mallorie can be found in the mountains with her dog, Indiana Jones, or near the closest taco truck.

Rachel was born and raised in the Spokane area. She has been married for over 20 years and has 4 kids. She has been in the sports medical field for 5 years and loves helping people achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic, Rachel loves to run, train for half marathons, and lifting weights or doing pilates. She also does personal training focusing on women with hormonal imbalances and/or autoimmune disorders. She has the long term goal of staying active in the running community, enjoying as much family time as possible and retiring on an island.

Isabel was born and raised in Seattle. She graduated from Whitworth University in 2022 with a degree in Health Science and competed on the swim team. She aspires to pursue a career in physical therapy. Outside of work, Isabel enjoys swimming, lifting, spinning, and reading.
